A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.
The statutory right of withdrawal below applies to consumers resident in the EU/EEA and the United Kingdom. Consumers outside those territories (e.g. in the United States) generally have no statutory cooling-off right for services; for them the cancellation provisions of the Terms (section 6) apply.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal. For this repayment we use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
If you requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the withdrawal, compared with the total scope of the services provided for in the contract (sec. 357(8) German Civil Code). Coaching minutes already used are credited on this basis; any remaining balance is refunded.
The right of withdrawal for a service contract expires if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your express consent and at the same time confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (sec. 356(4) German Civil Code).
For add-on tools produced individually to your specification (made-to-specification items), there is no right of withdrawal (sec. 312g(2) no. 1 German Civil Code). Where, exceptionally, a non-individualised, standardised digital product is supplied, the right of withdrawal expires if you have expressly consented to performance beginning before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed your awareness that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal (sec. 356(5) German Civil Code).
Contracts with the Provider are concluded by direct contract via e-mail order and bank transfer; the Provider does not operate an online user interface (cart/checkout) for concluding paid contracts. An electronic withdrawal function (“withdrawal button”) is therefore not required. Your withdrawal can be declared without any particular form (see section 2).
