Cancellation and Refund Policy (Coaching Services)

If you are a consumer (an individual acting for purposes outside your trade,
business, craft, or profession), you have the right to cancel this contract
within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the day of contract formation.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us:

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post
or email). The cancellation is effective once the communication has been sent.

Loss of Cancellation Right Upon Coaching Use

Your cancellation right is automatically fully extinguished when the first coaching session begins,
even if only part of the purchased coaching time has been used.

By booking coaching services, you expressly acknowledge and agree that
you have been informed that the cancellation right expires upon commencement
of the first coaching session.

No Refund – Transfer Option Only

After the first coaching session has commenced, no cancellation or refund rights remain.

Any unused coaching credit may be transferred to another person
only upon written agreement with PSYSOULOGY LLC,
but this is not a refund and is not automatic.

Digital Products via Merchant of Record

If digital content (e.g., online courses, e-books, audio files) is purchased
through third-party Merchants of Record (such as Digistore24, CopeCart, or Paddle),
refund and cancellation rights are governed exclusively by the terms
of those providers.

In such cases, the right of cancellation may be lost if you expressly agree
to immediate performance before the cancellation period expires.
