2. Digital Products Sold via Merchant of Record<\/h3>\n

Certain digital products may be sold via third-party Merchants of Record,
including Digistore24 GmbH, CopeCart GmbH, or Paddle.com Market Limited.<\/p>\n

In such cases, the purchase agreement is formed between the customer and the respective Merchant of Record.
Refunds, taxes, and payment processing are governed exclusively by their terms.<\/p>

3. Coaching Services<\/h3>\n

Coaching services are provided online only and require full prepayment.<\/p>\n

Clients must be at least 18 years of age.<\/p>\n

Sessions canceled less than 24 hours in advance may incur a 50% fee.
No-shows are charged in full.<\/p>\n

Unused coaching credits may be refunded within 14 days of purchase,
provided no session has been used.<\/p>

4. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n

All materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.<\/p>\n

Prohibited uses include redistribution, resale, AI training,
automated scraping, reverse engineering, or public display.<\/p>

5. Disclaimer of Warranties<\/h3>\n

All services and digital content are provided “as is” and “as available,”
without warranties of any kind, express or implied.<\/p>\n

PSYSOULOGY LLC disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.<\/p>\n

We do not guarantee specific results from coaching or course participation.
Individual results may vary.<\/p>

6. Limitation of Liability<\/h3>\n

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PSYSOULOGY LLC shall not be liable
for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages,

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer
for the specific service giving rise to the claim.<\/p>

7. Force Majeure<\/h3>\n

PSYSOULOGY LLC shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance
caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to
natural disasters, acts of government, cyberattacks, power outages,
telecommunications failures, pandemics, or other force majeure events.<\/p>

8. Arbitration Agreement<\/h3>\n

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms
shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration
administered in the State of Florida in accordance with the rules

The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.<\/p>

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted

the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.<\/p>\n

11. DMCA Notice<\/h3>\n

you may submit a written notification under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).<\/p>\n
